Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Only product replacement is available — no monetary refunds will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Replacements (Not Refundable)
Certain situations may qualify only for partial replacement:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Replacements Only (No Refunds)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the product will be replaced with the same item.
No refund amount will be provided under any circumstances.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned or replaced.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the replacement will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If replacement is approved, the return shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
